Improvements
- Joy no longer screens Human Good internal employees, ensuring only external applicants are evaluated
- Draft AI Insights criteria are created only when a recruiter asks, resulting in faster page loads on the Insights screens
Fixes
- Newly enabled organizations now start with AI Insights turned off until they explicitly opt in
- AI Insights price band is locked in at the moment of enablement, preventing unexpected pricing changes
- Admin-chat commands can no longer grant unintended free AI Insights trials
- Outbound calls again connect reliably after switching to Retell’s current SIP trunk
- Inbound-calling setup now requires a dedicated phone number, eliminating misrouted calls
- The careers-page share-modal QR code renders correctly and no longer triggers React 19 errors
- Candidates disqualified by a screen now display a lowered strength meter instead of the standard one
