[Improved, Fixed] Plan checkout hotfix

Improvements

• The Home checklist now shows a filled “choose a plan” button that opens the checkout flow directly for quicker purchasing.
• Standalone Home replaces the old “No active boosts” text with a clear banner that highlights plan status and provides an immediate purchase option.
• An “add plan” link has been added to the sidebar so users can reach checkout from anywhere in the dashboard.

Fixes

• Corrected a routing issue that sent returning standalone accounts to onboarding instead of straight to the Stripe checkout when selecting a plan.
• Fixed the legacy billing page so completed accounts—even those without jobs—can now purchase an organization plan without creating a placeholder job first.
