[Improved, Fixed] Indeed job posting hotfix

Improvements

• Job descriptions now publish to Indeed using rich HTML and decoded text, ensuring cleaner formatting on the listing
• Employment type is mapped to the correct Indeed categories (Full-time, Part-time, Contract) so candidates see the right job type
• Salary information now hides the upper bound when it is lower than the minimum, avoiding confusing or invalid ranges
• If no recruiter email is available, Classet supplies a fallback address so Indeed postings never fail to publish

Fixes

• Resolved an issue that caused jobs containing emojis or certain HTML entities to be rejected by Indeed
• Fixed a case where the shorter description was used even when a full rich version was provided; full descriptions now display as intended
• Corrected a bug that hard-coded all listings as full-time on Indeed
• Prevented sync failures for jobs without an employment type unless required for remote classification
