[Improved, Fixed] Indeed connection clarity hotfix

Improvements

• Both the per-job banner and the Integrations page now explain that a full-access (account-owner) Indeed user is required to display live job status, removing guesswork for recruiters.

Fixes

• Corrected a mismatch where jobs with restricted read access showed a "Reconnect in Settings" banner, but the Integrations page still displayed a green "Connected" state, causing confusion for users.
