[Improved, Fixed] Inbox & notifications restore (fast-follow)

Improvements

• Notifications and inbox polling now pauses when the Classet tab is in the background and refreshes instantly when you return, keeping the interface snappy while cutting down on unnecessary network traffic.

Fixes

• Resolved an issue that left the notification bell and inbox empty; new candidate messages now appear again in real time.
