[Improved, Fixed] Hotfix: secure candidate portfolio images

Improvements

• Portfolio images in candidate profiles are now delivered through short-lived (15-minute) signed URLs, giving recruiters the same fast viewing experience while keeping candidates’ work samples private.

Fixes

• Restored broken portfolio images that disappeared after the public storage bucket was locked down.
