[Improved, Fixed] Hotfix – Indeed integration reliability

Improvements

• The sponsor campaign dialog now displays “Estimates unavailable” whenever Indeed’s predictions endpoint is unreachable, avoiding misleading applicant estimates.

Fixes

• Resolved a token-refresh error that caused the Indeed integration to lose employer authorization after one hour, which previously led to repeated 403 errors and missing sponsored campaign data.
• Disconnecting and reconnecting an Indeed account now clears any stale tokens immediately, so recruiters can resume sponsored campaign actions without delay.
