[Improved, Fixed] Hotfix – cleaner microphone permission flow

Improvements

• Microphone permission handling now tells the difference between dismissing the browser prompt and actively tapping “Don’t allow,” letting candidates retry immediately without seeing an error screen.
• The “Open this interview in Safari” suggestion no longer appears on first load in in-app browsers that already support microphones; candidates are taken straight to the “Allow microphone” button.

Fixes

• Resolved a bug that sometimes displayed the red microphone-denied recovery card even when candidates had not explicitly denied access.
