[Improved, Fixed] Hotfix: branch-specific Indeed Apply disable

Improvements

• The confirmation dialog for disabling Indeed Apply now clearly states the branch name and the number of live jobs that will be expired.

Fixes

• Disabling Indeed Apply for one branch now removes only that branch’s jobs from Indeed, leaving other branches untouched.
• Branch-scoped users can no longer expire jobs for branches they do not manage.
• Users restricted to a single branch can no longer trigger an organization-wide expire by omitting the branch name.
