[Improved, Fixed] Archived branches no longer appear in pickers

Improvements

• Branch pickers across the job wizard, automations builder, integrations table, team management, and invite form now show only active branches, keeping dropdowns concise and relevant.

Fixes

• Resolved an issue where branches that had been archived were still displayed in selection menus, causing confusion for users managing jobs or team permissions.
