[Fixed] Subscription entitlement accuracy

Fixes
- Active branches with a paid AI-screening subscription no longer see the “activate Joy” banner or a locked AI toggle — a pagination bug was hiding newer subscriptions and incorrectly disabling entitlements.
- New AI-screening purchases now receive the correct number of interview credits instead of zero in rare cases where the plan had a placeholder balance.
