[Fixed, Removed] Model stability hotfix

Fixes

• Voice interviews no longer fail mid-call after OpenAI retired the GPT-5.2 chat model; traffic is now automatically routed to GPT-4o so every conversation completes without errors.

Removed

• The “GPT-5.2 chat” option has been removed from the model selection dropdown to prevent anyone from choosing the now-defunct model.
