[Fixed] Manual override call stability hotfix

Fixes
- Calls that recruiters manually stop ("AI stopped override") no longer crash in the post-call workflow; the recording, transcript, and call details now save correctly and no unintended follow-up messages are sent.
- Unknown caller calls that have no default script now route to the correct workflow without errors, ensuring they appear properly in the dashboard.
