[Fixed] Hotfix – prediction endpoints reliability

Fixes

• Resolved an issue that caused the job predictions panel to show “predictions unavailable” for some new roles; predictions now load correctly when only a job title and location are provided.
• Fixed a bug that blocked campaign budget predictions unless the job already existed in Classet; recruiters can now generate predictions for brand-new postings without saving the job first.
