[Fixed] Candidates list crash resolved when a candidate has no name

Fixes

• The candidates list no longer crashes when a candidate record is missing a name; nameless candidates now appear as “Unknown caller” with “UC” initials.
• Instant-interview invites can again be sent to candidates who do not yet have a recorded name, preventing server-side errors.
