Plain live chat

We have swapped our in-app support widget from Pylon to Plain, giving you a faster, more reliable way to chat with the Classet team.
For signed-in recruiters, the new widget automatically verifies your email and name, so every conversation starts with full context. Candidates in the preview hub can also start an anonymous chat just as before—no extra steps required.

Improvements

• "Contact us" buttons throughout onboarding and the setup checklist now open the new Plain chat panel
• The chat script loads only once per session, reducing page-to-page flicker and saving bandwidth
• Post-call feedback in the candidate preview flow is now collected by email for a cleaner experience

Removed

• In-widget NPS surveys have been retired and will no longer pop up inside the chat panel
