Self-serve AI screening

Branches can now turn on Classet’s AI screening with a simple monthly subscription—no help-desk ticket required. Recruiters choose which jobs use AI by flipping a new per-job toggle in the posting flow; entitled jobs instantly add the interview script step so candidates can start their voice interview the moment they apply.

Knockout questions

Hiring teams can create knockout questions that appear on every application path (web, phone, and instant interview). Applicants who give a disqualifying answer are automatically held in the “Applied” stage, saving recruiters time by screening out unqualified talent before the interview.

Improvements

• Candidates see a plain application form (no instant interview) when AI screening is turned off for a job
• New Indeed source-tracking tab lets you view clicks, applies, and spend for each job in one place
• Live banner on the job detail page shows the real-time posting status for Indeed jobs
• Organizations can now control whether the Indeed “Apply” button appears for their jobs
• Sponsored-jobs predictions include an APPLY_BASED toggle and clearer cost estimates
• A job description is now required before you can publish a posting, preventing empty ads

Fixes

• Billing now charges and entitles the correct branch, eliminating duplicate or missing AI screening plans
• The AI screening toggle and interview-script step only appear for accounts that are entitled to use them
• Knockout answers now display with readable question text on the candidate profile
• Reapplying clears any previous auto-disqualification so candidates get a fresh review
• “Disqualify if No” is pre-selected on yes/no knockout questions to reduce setup clicks
• Applicants must answer all required knockout questions before they can submit
• Cross-organization access to Indeed campaign reports has been closed, preventing data leaks
• Instant interviews no longer start before application and knockout questions are completed
• Removed rare cases where deleted application questions would reappear from cache
