[Added, Improved, Fixed, Removed] Flat subscription rollout (2026-09-02)

Added

Flat subscription plans

You can now purchase Classet on a simple monthly or annual subscription right inside the onboarding flow. Choose between Starter ($349/month for 50 interviews) or Scale ($1,399/month for 250 interviews), apply promo codes, and pay with a credit card or Cash App Pay—no more weekly boosts or sales calls required. A new “Choose a plan” step in the home checklist guides first-time users to the checkout so they can get recruiting faster.

Improvements

  • The home “Get set up” checklist clearly tracks progress and now links directly to the new plan picker.
  • A Try section in the sidebar highlights quick actions like inviting teammates or connecting an ATS until they are completed.
  • Preview environments are now fully isolated: any SMS, email, or database write to real candidates is blocked, letting teams test safely.
  • Candidates are marked as “in queue” the moment screening is scheduled, giving a more accurate status during busy periods.
  • Jobs imported from Ashby, Greenhouse, Pinpoint, and BreezyHR now map interview stages by name; unmapped jobs import with AI screening paused and the job owner is notified by email.
  • API partners can request only candidates updated after a chosen timestamp, reducing data transfer and speeding up syncs.

Fixes

  • Branch-scoped admins can once again switch between organisations, and they no longer see options that would change org-level settings they don’t own.
  • Franchise locations can no longer accidentally disconnect the parent brand’s Indeed account.
  • Preview “test call” links work again after a May 7 Turnstile issue blocked them.
  • The candidate application hub now respects the job’s interview toggle, so applicants only see the correct flow.
  • Failed billing requests now display an error message instead of a blank page.
  • Inbound Twilio SMS webhooks return the correct 204 status, preventing repeat deliveries.
  • LiveKit calls are more reliable thanks to additional monitoring and reconciliation logic.
  • Call completion counters now include the final monologue task, ensuring interview progress is accurate.
  • Email-code sign-in correctly returns users who are still in onboarding to their next setup step instead of the dashboard.

Removed

  • The $190/week per-job “Flex” boost purchase option has been retired; all new and existing customers move to flat subscription pricing.
