Job automations (beta)

Create powerful, no-code rules that automate repetitive hiring tasks for a job. Recruiters can set conditions, preview the outcome, and run automations on demand, with every run recorded in the Activity feed. The feature is currently behind the job.automations.enabled flag and will appear only for organisations that opt-in.

Improvements

Joy’s voice has been upgraded to the Cartesia sonic-3.5 model, delivering a more natural-sounding phone and web interview experience.
Organisations can now connect their own Indeed account for sponsored boosts instead of purchasing boosts through Classet.
A new “Sync to Indeed” button lets you publish or re-publish an individual job directly from its settings page.
Job requisition codes are now searchable, making it easier to find ATS-synced jobs by their req code.
The optional Inbox V2 introduces custom labels, star/archive triage and a scheduled bucket (behind the inbox.v2.enabled flag).
All web pages, SMS and calls now stay in the candidate’s selected language throughout the hiring journey.
Recruiter-level users (org members) no longer see organisation-wide settings such as integrations, billing or company details, reducing clutter and preventing accidental edits.
The resume builder progress bar now shows realistic, smoothly updating percentages so candidates know exactly how long the process will take.

Fixes

Job settings no longer claim a job is synced to Indeed when it was never posted.
Job settings now show the correct values immediately after self-serve go-live.
Sponsored campaign names now include the job ID, preventing collisions when two jobs share the same title.
Job subscribers are correctly created during self-serve go-live, and have been back-filled for earlier organisations.
The interview completion panel now displays the correct interview script summary.
Empty braces ("") no longer appear in batch emails; all emails render their full content.
Candidates on jobs without a branch can now be triaged in the new inbox without errors.
Permanently failing candidate syncs to ATS via Kombo stop retrying instead of looping.
Bullhorn no longer rejects work-history updates that contain long departure reasons.
