Feature flags admin

A new admin-only page at /admin/feature-flags lets Classet staff view every feature flag and turn specific flags on or off for an individual organisation. Each change is recorded in an audit trail so you always know who toggled what and when.

Improvements

Voice calls now recover automatically if an AI voice provider goes down, reducing the chance of dead-air or failed connections.
Onboarding runs no longer fail when the wage currency is missing, and admins can retry a stalled onboarding with a single click.
The candidate portal shows a clearer message when a verification link has expired, avoiding confusion for new users.

Fixes

SMS templates containing curly quotes or long dashes now send reliably; previous messages that could be rejected by carriers have been cleaned up automatically.
Expired one-time-password links no longer generate noisy error logs, improving portal stability.
Slack signup notifications once again display the full email address, including the @ symbol.
