Smarter scheduling and booking

Hiring managers now have far more control over interview scheduling.
• Candidates can hold up to three upcoming sessions for the same job, and any past or cancelled bookings are automatically cleared.
• The post-interview message supports a new {scheduling_link} variable so qualified candidates can instantly book their next step without waiting for recruiter follow-up.
• The availability calendar scrolls through the full 24-hour day, making early-morning or late-evening slots easy to find.

Dayforce ATS integration

Organizations that use Ceridian Dayforce can now connect their account to Classet in minutes.
A guided setup wizard (complete with PDF hand-off instructions) syncs Dayforce jobs through Kombo, pushes interview results back to Dayforce, and surfaces Dayforce credentials directly in Settings > Integrations—no feature flag required.

Improvements

A new integration settings panel lets admins configure each ATS directly from Settings > Integrations.
Call Lab allows recruiters to run fully simulated screenings against a persona—perfect for script testing—without placing a real call (flag-controlled).
The call-feedback panel has been regrouped into clearer categories and now requires selecting the call you’re commenting on, keeping feedback organised.
Each ATS connection now shows a live “sync healthy / needs attention” status so issues can be spotted sooner.

Fixes

Interview summaries now display accurate speaker-turn timestamps instead of fabricated ones.
Branch-scoped admins can once again save stage mappings in the job-import wizard without hitting a 403 error.
Paylocity exports pace deliveries when you hit the contact cap, preventing failed sends.
Excel-formatted phone numbers in Paylocity CSV files are now parsed correctly.
Only admins can edit webhooks and credentials in Settings > Integrations; recruiters without admin rights now see a read-only view.
