Multi-language voice interviews
Joy can now greet candidates, detect their preferred language, and conduct the entire call in that language—all from a single phone number. Once a candidate chooses a language, Classet remembers it for future calls, eliminating extra prompts and reducing confusion. This capability is currently available to pilot organisations that have the new multi-language flag enabled; everyone else will continue to use their existing language-specific numbers until the feature rolls out more broadly.
Improvements
- The candidate hub jobs page now displays a clean editorial banner and removes the experimental AI chat, creating a faster page load and reducing distraction for job-seekers.
- The main dashboard and candidate lists load more quickly and are less prone to "502/520" errors thanks to a major database performance overhaul.
- All billing-plan edits in the admin area are now automatically recorded in an audit log, giving finance teams a clear before/after history when reviewing disputes.
- SuccessFactors integrations now pull candidates from the past seven days, ensuring new applicants appear in Classet even when the ATS omits creation timestamps.
- Calls that use the new multi-language flow connect more quickly because they reach a dedicated language-detection agent instead of relying on per-call overrides.
- SMS language prompts have been rewritten for clearer, more natural wording (visible only when the multi-language flag is enabled).
Fixes
- Joy once again asks role-specific questions drawn from a candidate’s recent jobs instead of falling back to a generic work-history prompt.
- The three-dot menu on the admin company list no longer appears underneath adjacent rows.
- The "No active boosts" banner is now hidden for organisations whose boosting feature is intentionally disabled.
