Job search on the candidate hub
Candidates can now explore all of your open positions directly from the candidate hub.
A new AI-powered search bar understands natural language queries (e.g., “entry-level electrician near Denver”) and instantly shows matching jobs. Built-in geo-distance filtering and SEO-friendly job detail pages make it easier for talent to find the right role and start an interview in one click.
Improvements
- You’ll see inline script validation when assigning an interview script to a job, preventing empty qualifying questions or invalid templates before they reach candidates
- The candidate hub now features a site footer with trust badges, refreshed “instant interview” copy, and more accurate distance calculations for nearby jobs
- When you duplicate an analytics dashboard, the default name now automatically uses your company name (e.g., “Acme Analytics”) to keep workspaces tidy
- Placeholder text in the disqualification rules editor no longer references criminal records, reducing unnecessary wording
Fixes
- Resolved an issue that occasionally prevented Workday job updates from appearing in Classet, ensuring all synced roles display correctly
