White-label public booking experience

Recruiters can now share a fully brandable scheduling link with candidates. The new public page adopts your logo, colours, and messaging, giving candidates a seamless experience that feels like it comes directly from your company. The flow supports time-zone detection, collects the candidate’s location, and is fully mobile-friendly, so you can secure bookings while keeping Classet completely behind the scenes.

Improvements

  • The candidate list now highlights invited candidates who have not yet booked, making it easy to follow up and keep the pipeline moving.
  • Booking flow now asks candidates for their location before confirming a slot, reducing mismatches for on-site roles.
  • Job FAQ sections open instantly thanks to a switch to native accordion components.
  • Date filters on the jobs list have been streamlined for quicker filtering and cleaner layout.
  • The recent-activity drawer and Boost campaign steps have been realigned to remove small visual glitches and improve readability.

Fixes

  • Candidate reviews and notes now appear immediately after saving—no more waiting or refreshing.
  • Closed a stored XSS vulnerability on public job pages to keep candidate data secure.
  • Users can no longer see or edit message templates that fall outside their branch permissions; the edit button is hidden when access is denied.
  • Restored the left-hand border on unselected booking slots so available times are clearly separated.
  • Multiple minor polish fixes across the booking calendar and job list improve overall visual consistency.
