Accurate live call transcripts

Transcripts are now generated directly from the audio that actually played during a LiveKit call.
Lines Joy never finished are no longer shown, mid-sentence interruptions are clipped to the exact word spoken, and candidate answers are kept in the correct order.
This improvement makes every playback tool—ATS player, evaluator view, CSV export, and the candidate hub—match what callers truly heard, so reviewers can trust the written record without cross-checking the recording.

Improvements

All SMS nudges and automated messages now come from a single, consistent phone number for the entire reminder sequence, keeping conversations in one thread for candidates.
The call-back number shown on the candidate hub’s phone-call page is now the same number Joy actually dials from, eliminating confusion for recruiters and candidates.

Fixes

Joy now stops speaking roughly 0.5 seconds sooner when a candidate talks over her, making barge-in interactions feel more natural and reducing awkward overlaps.
