Classet sourcing Chrome extension

Recruiters can now add Classet’s Chrome extension to surface interview and job links directly inside the sites where they source talent.
Once you sign in to app.classet.ai, the side panel recognises your session automatically, letting you jump to a candidate’s profile or a job’s dashboard without leaving the page you’re on.

Improvements

• New “Call to apply” settings page centralises everything needed to provision, script and publish an inbound phone line.
• Public careers pages now display the organisation’s call-to-apply number and a QR code so candidates can dial in from their phone camera.
• Automation emails let you customise the subject line and sender display name; your company branding now carries throughout the entire conversation thread.
• Script duplication now asks which branch to copy to—or lets you keep the copy org-wide—eliminating silent mis-placement.
• Unknown inbound callers can be converted into “needs review” candidates (recording, transcript and summary included) when the organisation opts in.
• Job automation imports inherit the automation’s chosen branch, preventing jobs from appearing outside their intended scope.

Fixes

• Scheduled inbox once again shows interviews that have already started instead of reporting “0”.
• Bulk actions on the candidates list now affect exactly the people you selected, even after paging, and respect your role permissions.
• Inbound calls reliably load the correct script even when an organisation’s phone number contains stray spaces.
• Job automation preview no longer errors out on large organisations and clearly states “first 1,000 of N” when results are trimmed.
• Fit Insights will never fast-track a candidate who was disqualified during the screening call.
• Onboarding screens now quote the same price throughout the flow and no longer white-screen at checkout.
• Replies such as “wrong number” are recorded as a wrong-number disposition instead of disqualifying the candidate.
• Signed-out visitors are redirected to sign in rather than seeing server errors.
• Employer support links on error pages now point to [email protected].
• Dashboard renders in a single pass and the sidebar no longer sticks open after loading.
