AI insights points rubric
Our new points-based rubric turns every AI-scored interview into an easy-to-read report.
Each criterion is clearly marked pass or fail, must-have items are highlighted, and candidates are banded by their total score.
Recruiters can instantly understand why a candidate passed or fell short without replaying the entire interview.
Improvements
- The web-interview prep screen is back with clearer microphone instructions and automatic audio unlock on iOS.
- Starting a sourcing search now takes one click and defaults to the best provider where available.
- Public job boards are now crawlable by major AI search engines while private candidate pages remain protected, boosting job visibility.
- Recruiter dashboard SMS always routes through our primary Twilio channel for more reliable delivery.
- The candidate fit panel now leads with the main reason a candidate isn’t qualified, giving faster context at a glance.
- Public API job endpoints include a direct link to the candidate-facing job page for easier sharing and integrations.
- Signup-blocked alerts and Joy escalations now reach the correct success@ inbox so our team can respond faster.
Fixes
- Joy immediately stops sending reminders when a candidate declines, texts STOP, or reports a wrong number.
- Accepting team invites via email link or Google SSO now works consistently, and re-inviting restarts the expiry without data loss.
- LiveKit web interviews close within seconds after the candidate hangs up, eliminating long periods of silence.
- SMS provider detection no longer misroutes recruiter messages through the wrong carrier.
- Candidate phone numbers are now masked in all application logs to protect personal data.
- Job creation and editing only allow approved fields, preventing accidental changes to billing or paid-promotion settings.
- Candidate scoring in sourcing searches now works correctly once the Google AI key is configured.
- Email and SMS templates continue to render correctly after a security update to our templating engine.
