Smarter job posting workflow
Creating and editing a job now feels much more intuitive.
You can mark roles as On-site, Remote, or Hybrid with a single dropdown, and the form automatically hides or shows the location fields to match. Screening questions have moved above the job description with clearer copy so recruiters know they appear during the application—not the interview—and the AI rewrite no longer overwrites any text you just pasted. Altogether, posting a job takes fewer clicks and preserves the exact wording you want.
Improvements
- Candidates are automatically pushed to your connected ATS (Greenhouse, Workable, SuccessFactors, and more) the moment they apply, without delaying the confirmation page.
- Admin onboarding now includes a dedicated job details card where staff can override title, wage, workplace type, location, and employment type.
- Imported ATS jobs respect the recruiter’s branch selection, and the import completes instantly even when the ATS returns no jobs.
- All outbound SMS, voice calls, and template messages now use a phone number local to the candidate’s region for higher reply rates.
- The reply box and Send button in the inbox stay visible on long message threads, even at default browser zoom.
- dev-buddy’s “Create issue” button now files tickets into the Classet monorepo and replies in the same Slack thread for better incident tracking.
Fixes
- Publishing or boosting the first job now activates the organisation immediately so dashboard metrics populate right away.
- The job payment screen no longer shows duplicate saved cards; each physical card appears only once.
- Plain-text job descriptions pasted into the editor keep their paragraph breaks instead of collapsing into one block.
- Admin-onboarded jobs also retain every paragraph of the pasted job description.
- Candidate-hub email replies no longer contain Markdown-style links; URLs appear cleanly in plain text.
- The “Edit” button on the AI interview summary instructions is always visible—no need to hover to discover it.
- The resume upload modal’s “PDF, DOC, DOCX” hint is now a readable grey instead of a washed-out shade.
- Importing jobs from Kombo no longer hangs in an infinite loop when the ATS has zero jobs available.
