Smarter voicemail handling
Candidates who reach Joy’s voicemail now hear an immediate greeting followed by a polite callback message instead of an abrupt hang-up.
The new flow recognises voicemail recordings more accurately and passes the right hints to our voice engine, reducing false starts and giving every caller a consistent, professional experience.
Improvements
- You can pause AI screening and still publish a job; simply resume screening when you’re ready without any blockers.
- Admins can enable the Classet ATS for organisations that don’t use branches, making setup for small teams quicker.
- The self-serve signup flow now pre-fills the user’s email and notifies our team at key review milestones for faster onboarding.
- Joy’s nightly and weekly recap messages have been moved to a faster backend, ensuring they arrive on schedule.
- Screen counts on invoices now rely on the moment an interview is completed, giving a more accurate view of usage.
Fixes
- Joy no longer sends replies to iMessage or RCS “tap-back” reactions (👍, ❤️, etc.).
- Resolved occasional errors when parsing unusual resume files so candidates aren’t blocked from applying.
- Fixed an issue where the candidate list hid branches that contained candidates beyond the first page of results.
- Improved voice-call stability by buffering audio during initial connection, eliminating rare periods of silence.
- Addressed a timing issue that sometimes caused duplicate webhook retries after completed calls.
