Indeed bulk sync
Classet admins can now publish every existing “published” job to Indeed with one click. A new bulk-sync button in Company Settings pushes the entire catalogue at once, saving hours of manual work and ensuring that all open roles reach Indeed without delay.
SuccessFactors ATS integration
Employers who use SAP SuccessFactors can now connect their ATS directly to Classet. Jobs and candidate applications flow automatically through Kombo, giving recruiters the same real-time visibility and automated outreach they already enjoy with other supported ATSs.
Improvements
- Job postings on Indeed now always display a valid contact email thanks to a new fallback chain (recruiter → branch user → organisation admin)
- Remote positions are now tagged with the correct “remote” classification on Indeed, improving candidate search filtering
- A confirmation modal appears before running the new bulk sync, clearly outlining the impact and preventing accidental mass publications
- Candidate records coming from Kombo webhooks are processed more reliably, so new applicants appear in the dashboard faster
- The Indeed integration toggle is now hidden from non-admin users to keep settings pages concise
Fixes
- Resolved an issue that caused some remote jobs to appear without the proper “remote” label on Indeed
