AI fit insights
Our new AI fit insights instantly score every candidate against your job criteria. Look for colored strength badges on the profile, list, and kanban views, an AI-written summary with evidence, and quick filter chips to surface only the most promising applicants. Admins can switch the feature on or off for each organisation in Settings, and all candidate data is automatically redacted before any AI processing.
Improvements
- Invite external participants (e.g., hiring managers) to any interview via SMS and track their replies on the same thread.
- Stricter role-based access: recruiter-level users can no longer create, edit, or publish jobs or interview scripts.
- A new “Stop outreach” button on the candidate toolbar instantly pauses Joy’s follow-up messages.
- Set organisation-wide or per-script instructions that shape how call summaries are written.
- Job and script editors now use a modern rich-text editor for cleaner formatting and fewer glitches.
- Added fit/strength filter chips so you can quickly narrow views to your top candidates.
- Connected ATS job imports complete up to 5× faster thanks to larger batch reads.
Fixes
- Budget changes on Indeed-sponsored jobs now save correctly and remain in place after reconciliation.
- Fixed a crash that occasionally occurred when opening certain candidate profiles.
- All phone calls now record their status and type correctly, eliminating "unknown call" entries.
- Sanitised stored HTML in candidate hub comments to remove a potential XSS risk.
- Enabled additional SSRF protections on customer webhooks for stronger security.
- Improved Joy’s messaging fallback so users no longer see errors if a language model is retired.
