Recruiters can now build and manage interview schedules in three guided steps—choose phone, video, or in-person, set recurring weekly availability, and publish a mobile-friendly booking link for candidates.
• Candidates pick a slot on a brand-new booking page that works great on any phone.
• Bookings automatically send calendar invites (with a one-click cancellation link) and pre-interview reminders.
• Video interviews open directly inside Classet using secure LiveKit rooms—no third-party links required.

Improvements

• New onboarding question asks “How do you advertise jobs today?” and shows the Indeed connect card before checkout for a smoother first-time setup.
• Organisations that join a customer group now send SMS from the group’s dedicated phone number instead of Classet’s default line.
• Per-company voice profiles let you fine-tune Joy’s phone persona and safely roll back to previous settings when needed.
• AI Insights trials now match your price tier (e.g. 300 screened resumes on the $95 plan), giving clearer expectations up front.
• The interview completion page now displays a short “processing” state until the real result is ready, eliminating confusing provisional scores.
• Billing logic has been unified so invoices, usage charts, and pricing all count only completed interviews—no more mismatched tallies.

Fixes

• Group video schedules can now be created, edited, and saved without errors, and saved sessions are no longer duplicated.
• Pre-interview reminders now actually send for both phone and video bookings.
• Cancelling a Call Lab session while it is still connecting immediately stops microphone capture and closes the call.
• Candidates applying through the Rivian fast-track are no longer rejected for having less than six months’ continuous tenure.
• Organisations that already have an active subscription can no longer be accidentally charged a second time during the go-live flow.
• Pinpoint ATS imports now retry on rate-limits, restoring automatic job sync for affected customers.
