Smarter campaign job picker

Launching a new outreach campaign is now much easier. The job position selector is fully searchable, automatically sorted, and only shows published jobs from the branches you manage. When you upload a CSV that would exceed your invite cap, a clear warning lets you review the list before sending, helping you avoid accidental over-inviting.

Improvements

• Indeed now receives an immediate “NEW” disposition each time a candidate applies, keeping your Indeed dashboards in sync without extra clicks
• Candidates using iOS Safari will see a quick “tap to enable sound” prompt if autoplay is blocked, guaranteeing they can still hear their interview audio
• Overage invoices are clearer for admins, with per-period billing, org-group aggregation, and an editable per-organization screen count before the monthly run
• A new billing audit highlights mis-configured customers ahead of invoice day so issues can be fixed proactively

Fixes

• CSV campaign launches that fail now show a descriptive toast message instead of a generic server error
• The branch list in Team settings no longer stretches the page sideways when a user belongs to many branches
