Candidate self-booking scheduling

Recruiters can now send candidates an SMS invitation that links to a secure booking page where the candidate chooses an interview slot that instantly syncs with your ATS calendar.
The flow is currently available to early adopters behind a feature flag and eliminates back-and-forth coordination, letting both sides lock in a time in seconds.

Improvements

• Branch selector fields across jobs, dashboard filters, and the Knowledge Base are now searchable for faster navigation in large organizations.
• Org admins can assign teammates to multiple branches during invite or roster editing, ensuring the right people see the right jobs.
• Team roster and invite screens have been redesigned, and admins can now change an existing member’s role directly from the roster.
• Branches can be renamed from the dashboard without breaking existing links or ATS integrations.
• The Campaigns page now shows a live-updating table with candidate and completed-interview counts, plus an improved creation form and CSV drop zone.
• Each job’s action menu now includes “Review ATS applicants,” making it easy to back-fill or audit Kombo-synced candidates.
• Job notification emails can be limited to specific branches so teammates only receive updates that matter to them.

• The dashboard branch filter now lists every branch you have access to with clear labels.
• Knowledge Base branch picker is searchable and automatically hidden for single-branch companies to reduce clutter.
• Saving an interview script in two browser tabs now warns of conflicts instead of silently overwriting changes.
• Large candidate lists no longer time out when paging to deeper results.
• Incoming calls from unknown numbers are handled gracefully without repeated error messages.
• Indeed connections made with limited access now prompt users to reconnect with a full-access account instead of showing a dead-end banner.
• Joy now escalates candidate complaints about inaccurate answers to a human reviewer rather than replying automatically.
• Candidate and campaign filters now list all jobs and branches, and the kanban board expands to fill the full window.
• Candidate Hub links open reliably after a fix to our authentication proxy.
• Closed a permissions gap that could expose candidate data across branches.
