Candidates who receive a scheduling link but do not pick a time will now get automatic reminder messages.
If every slot fills up, Joy lets the candidate know and offers the next available options, so no manual follow-up is needed.

Improvements

A new candidate message timeline groups all booking and reminder activity in one place, making it easier to track where each applicant stands in the scheduling process

Fixes

Restored the missing border around the booking-link reminder section so it displays correctly on all screens
Editing screener questions on a job now triggers an immediate re-sync to Indeed, ensuring the live posting always matches your latest requirements
Joy’s work-history summaries fabricate far less content thanks to upgraded extraction logic and a new AI model
Candidate records coming from Indeed Apply no longer store empty strings in address or resume fields; they now save correctly and deduplicate as expected
