Personalized Bullhorn sync window

Recruiters using our Bullhorn ATS integration can now decide how far back Classet looks for new or updated applicants.
Set the new “Delta overlap (hours)” field in ATS settings per organisation to control your own sync window without affecting any other teams or global settings.

Improvements

Joy now responds up to 300 ms faster after a candidate finishes speaking on LiveKit voice interviews, creating a more natural back-and-forth.
The “Are you still there?” silence check-in is now generated by Joy in the interview’s language rather than always in English.

Fixes

Joy no longer sends a second reply when a delayed transcript fragment arrives after she has already responded.
Words from a previous answer no longer re-appear at the start of the next turn in LiveKit transcripts.
Clicking any line in a LiveKit transcript now jumps to the correct moment in the recording.
The bracketed “interrupted” marker is no longer spoken aloud or saved in transcripts when a candidate talks over Joy.
Lever job postings now display their correct city and state instead of appearing as “Remote.”
Greenhouse job imports once again include city and state details when enrichment is enabled.
Existing job links remain unchanged during ATS syncs, preventing broken links on candidate pages and job boards.
LiveKit now delivers only one silence check-in per call and hangs up cleanly if the candidate stays silent.
Branch-scoped administrators who switch organisations no longer gain access to unintended branches.
