Request Campaigns access directly from the app

Gated organisations no longer hit a dead-end when they open the Campaigns tab.
Instead, a short request-access form appears so they can ask our team for Campaigns with one click—no need to hunt for an email address or contact support.

Improvements

Admins can now enter a custom unit price on any invoice and must confirm if the amount exceeds recorded usage.
Joy’s support replies are faster and more accurate thanks to an upgrade to Gemini 2.5 Flash (AI SDK v6).
The Indeed campaign wizard is simpler: objectives are now always optimised automatically, so the Balance/Maximum selector is gone.
Overall dashboard performance is snappier after database auth checks were optimised.

Fixes

CSV campaign uploads no longer crash; files that are too large or malformed now display clear validation messages.
When Indeed predictions are unavailable, the wizard hides budget and applicant-goal inputs instead of falling back to inaccurate defaults.
The “No active boosts” banner stays hidden if an organisation already has an active Indeed campaign.
Non-Kombo ATS integrations no longer make unnecessary calls to Kombo, eliminating empty results and time-outs.
Kombo-related 404 errors now surface properly instead of returning empty data.
The Candidate phone page loads correctly after removing an incorrect "use server" directive.
Regular users can no longer delete global message templates; only admins have that permission.
“Job source is listed” help text now displays with the correct spacing.
Organisation-group admins now receive the correct admin-level permissions throughout the app.
