Loxo ATS integration

Loxo-based employers can now connect their ATS to Classet, letting Joy automatically pull in new jobs and candidates, trigger AI screening, and keep both systems in sync without any manual exports. Absolutely American is the first customer live on this connection, and other Loxo users can be enabled on request.

Improvements

• Monthly invoice review now shows one entry per billing month, so re-running billing no longer creates duplicate rows
• Manual invoice creation has been streamlined: select a month, preview usage and overage, then save a draft with one click
• Admin AI chat now announces the Classet ATS entitlement and defaults new branches to “paywalled,” preventing accidental free access
• Fixed duplicated labels and incorrect aria-current attributes in multi-step editors for better screen-reader support

Fixes

• Editing a published job’s title, description, or wages now reliably updates the live Indeed posting
• Eliminated rare 503 errors during AI screening caused by a stale pricing cache; unavailable prices now retry automatically
• Tightened validation on screening answers so responses can only be saved for the correct job and candidate
• Resolved an issue where temporary database errors appeared as 404s when viewing Indeed campaign ownership, restoring the correct data view
