Self-serve interview language management
Organizations can now control which languages Joy is allowed to use without contacting Classet support.
An easy toggle inside the organization settings lets admins add or remove languages such as Spanish, French, or Hindi. Existing jobs keep the languages they already offered, while new jobs will only allow languages the organization has enabled – making compliance simpler and preventing accidental use of unsupported languages.
Improvements
- Script preview and the onboarding “test call” now run on LiveKit, so recruiters hear the exact voice and turn-taking experience candidates receive.
- Joy can detect voicemail on LiveKit calls and automatically leave a recorded message, reducing missed-contact loops.
- A single “save” in voice & persona settings now updates both LiveKit and Retell, keeping voice speed and pronunciation in sync.
- The script editor flags any text inside
{braces}that is not a recognised variable, helping authors catch typos before candidates hear them. - A “Scheduling” link now appears in every organization’s sidebar; orgs without access see a demo-request page instead of a 404.
- Recruiters are alerted if an external applicant feed stops sending data, ensuring issues are surfaced quickly.
- LiveKit pilot calls now use the clearer Inworld “tts-2-flash” voice by default for a more natural sound.
- Campaigns has graduated from beta — the “Beta” tag has been removed from the ATS sidebar.
Fixes
- Non-US job postings no longer default to “United States”; locations like Canada, Australia, the UK and New Zealand are saved with the correct country code.
- Call records now correctly show when a call reached voicemail and whether it was inbound or outbound, so dashboards and ATS cards display accurate information.
- Switching individual sections of AI-generated interview scripts on or off now works reliably, and the setting persists after an AI edit.
- Curly-braced literal text is preserved in live scripts instead of disappearing during the call.
- Group admins who are limited to specific branches keep their branch access when they switch between organizations.
- Candidate portal security tightened: non-admins are blocked from “/admin” routes and candidates can only update their own contact information.
- Preference cookies (language choice and sidebar collapse) are now set with secure attributes, preventing browser warnings.
- Uploading portfolio or media assets now always attaches them to the correct candidate profile.
