Smarter candidate messaging (Joy v2)

Joy now understands and routes incoming SMS and email in a more human-like way.
• Automatically tags each message (e.g., availability, reschedule, opt-out).
• Answers common questions straight from your knowledge base so recruiters spend less time typing.
• Detects and respects accessibility opt-out requests.
• Escalates sensitive or unusual messages to the right support or client-success team.

Improvements

Developer settings can be switched on independently of API integration, letting teams grant read-only API keys without enabling webhooks.
The Reviews dashboard navigation has clearer tab names and order; the link appears for orgs with the new reviews feature flag enabled.
Billing audit reports now open to the last 30 days by default, saving several clicks when investigating charges.

Fixes

Creating or editing a job no longer fails; rich-text descriptions save correctly and unsafe HTML is stripped out.
New-user onboarding no longer loops between “set up interview” and “choose your path,” and the Go Live button now publishes as expected.
Overage invoices now use a fixed noon-UTC period, eliminating occasional one-day drift in billing statements.
