Our entire signup and launch flow has been rebuilt to let you go live in minutes. Users are now greeted with a prompt-first signup hero, guided by Joy in an interactive chat to set up their company, and can choose between an instant “Go live” path (Stripe checkout included) or a risk-free “Preview first” mode with free test calls. Draft jobs get their own shareable preview pages—perfect for early feedback and SEO—so you can polish everything before opening it to candidates.

Improvements

A new Integrations tab in Settings lets you securely connect or disconnect Indeed in one click via OAuth.
Billing can now be managed at the branch level, so multi-location organizations control subscriptions independently and see clearer publish guards when a branch is out of credit.
Added full Jobvite ATS integration: jobs and candidates now sync automatically through Kombo.
iCIMS integration now supports multiple organizations with per-org configuration.
JobDiva integration now supports multiple customers, removing hard-coded limits.
Bullhorn screening questions are imported and shown on each job’s detail page, giving recruiters instant context.
Resume parsing has been upgraded to a two-pass LLM pipeline, greatly improving the accuracy of location and education fields.

Fixes

Resolved frequent 500 errors that prevented some candidate-hub job pages from loading and crashed the AI search bar.
Fixed a syntax issue that broke AI-powered job search, so conversational queries now return results as expected.
