Interview-level on/off switch

You can now decide which interviews should begin evaluating candidates before you publish your AI Insights criteria. Each interview card includes a dedicated on/off switch, letting you launch only the screens you’re ready to run and hold others back for later—all without leaving the review screen.

Improvements

• The main action button now reads “Review & publish,” clarifying that publishing criteria does not automatically start evaluation
• Held-back interviews appear dimmed so it’s easy to spot which screens are paused at a glance
• The on/off switch is always visible—even while the organisation-level AI Insights toggle is off—so you can configure individual interviews before going live
• “Adjust the specifics” link has been moved to the bottom-right of each card for clearer separation from critical controls
• Cards without any criteria hide the switch and display a “Needs criteria” message to reduce clutter

Fixes

• Prevented a race condition that could briefly activate an interview after publishing criteria when it was intended to stay paused
• Resolved an issue where the previous “Review & turn on” label led customers to believe interviews were active when they were not
