Careers page studio

Build and publish a fully-custom careers site without leaving Classet.
Recruiters can drag-and-drop 13 content blocks, preview changes live, roll back with version history, and even let our AI draft a first proposal for review before going live. Each branch can maintain its own page so you can test changes safely while your public page stays untouched.

Improvements

• New Reelist social ads card in Settings → Integrations lets you request paid social recruiting campaigns in one click
• Recruiter availability calendar now mirrors real-time availability and sends only one calendar invite per save
• Candidates receive a personalised SMS and email when an interview is cancelled, using wording the recruiter writes
• All candidate-facing screens, messages, and calendar files now show the job title instead of an internal schedule label
• Voice interview recordings are saved as MP4/AAC and display the true disconnection reason, improving playback and reporting accuracy
• Public schedules stay public when unarchived, and the archive action is blocked while future bookings exist
• Schedule wizard now validates interview phone numbers as you type to prevent typos reaching candidates

Fixes

• Prevented archiving a schedule that still has upcoming interviews so candidates are never stranded
• Corrected booking flow that sometimes displayed the schedule name instead of the job the candidate applied for
• Cancellation emails now use the job title in the subject line, matching other candidate communications
• Fixed a bug where free-text phone numbers could be saved and sent to candidates; only valid numbers are now accepted
