Our new AI insights panel gives recruiters an at-a-glance view of how well each candidate matches the role.
Create your own fit criteria, publish versioned updates, and see signal-strength bars and per-interview scores – all from a self-serve setup page.

Improvements

• A structured resume editor with a full-screen zoom viewer replaces the old free-text field in Candidate Hub
• Signal-strength bars now show the amount of evidence supporting each AI insight criterion
• AI insights can be paused per interview script whenever you do not need automatic scoring
• Admins can enable or disable the AI insights add-on for any organisation with a single action

Fixes

• Candidate messaging is now correctly disabled for new self-service organisations unless they upgrade
• The call completion page again displays your job’s custom completion message instead of the generic text
• Resumes no longer appear squished on mobile; documents automatically scale to fit the screen
• Indeed sponsored-job campaigns are no longer linked to the wrong job
• Greenhouse job migrations now match existing postings correctly and provide an audit CSV for operators
